Britney Spears is gearing up for her upcoming Las Vegas residency, putting in a lot of time at the gym to make sure she gives her fans the show they pay for. Spears has signed a two-year deal with Planet Hollywood and it’s now being revealed how much she will be making.
The singer, whose new single “Work Bitch” leaked a day early, will get paid a whopping $310,000 per show, putting on 48 shows a year. That amounts to about $15 million per year.
Spears’ residency will begin in December, and producers want it to be more modern than other Vegas shows. A source told TMZ they want it to be a "cool, hip club-like show."
Although Spears will make about 60 percent of the projected $508,514 profit, Celine Dion reportedly earns $476,000 per show for her Vegas residency. She also does about 70 shows a year.
