Sharon Osbourne Sobs for Jack on Dancing with the Stars

Sharon Osbourne cried watching Jack Osbourne on 'Dancing with the Stars'.



The showbiz matriarch couldn't hold back her tears as her son took to the dancefloor on Monday evening (16.09.13) with his professional dance partnerCheryl Burke for the first night of the new US ballroom dancing series.



Jack has had a difficult year, having been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012, followed by the tragic news his wife Lisa Stelly had miscarried their second child.



The brave star's father Ozzy Osbourne and Lisa were also in the audience to support the 27-year-old star and his pledge to raise awareness of the degenerative nerve disorder by appearing on the show.



Sharon posted a series of emotional messages  about Jack on Twitter, encouraging people to vote: ''@OfficialOzzy and I are SO PROUD of @JackOsbourne! He's never danced before & he just did fabulous on @DancingABC! pic.twitter.com/uQXGyCY9WB''



Meanwhile, his older sister Kelly Osbourne - who placed third on the show in 2009 - was distraught to be missing his debut performance due to her London Fashion Week commitments.



She wrote: ''In London almost 1am I can't sleep all I am thinking about is my brother @JackOsbourne I cant stand that Im not there to support him #dwts



''don't FORGET to VOTE for my brother my hero @JackOsbourne #dwts



''To all my #kellyheros PleaSe keep me posted on how @JackOsbourne is doing on #dwts! I need updating!!! (sic)''



Jack scored a solid 23 for a foxtrot to the tune of 'Pack Up' by Eliza Doolittle.



He told the crowd: ''Right now I'm physically able to do 'DWTS' but it might not always be this way so I don't want to miss this opportunity.''

Ozzy Osbourne Starts House Fire Cooking Bacon

Ozzy Osbourne almost set fire to his home when frying bacon this week.



The 64-year-old Black Sabbath rocker tried to make a breakfast sandwich at his Beverly Hills, California, mansion on Wednesday and nearly burned down the property for a second time this year.



Supposedly Ozzy was too dazed to pay full attention while cooking.



'Ozzy has just got back from four months abroad on tour, and was still a little jet-lagged and disorientated,' a source told British newspaper The Mirror.



'Shortly before bedtime, he went to make himself a little snack. Unfortunately, when frying the bacon, he managed to set light to the pan and triggered the smoke alarm.'



His wife Sharon was in the UK filming The X Factor at the time and she took to Twitter to lament over the accident immediately after it happened: 'I'm in London, @OfficialOzzy is in LA making a bacon sandwich last night and the fire brigade ended up at our house!!'



But luckily emergency authorities were on the scene quickly to assist.



'Because the Osbournes' alarm system is so advanced, and Ozzy has form for this kind of thing, an alert was immediately sent to the LAFD ' and officers were dispatched,' the source detailed.



'Ozzy was mortified when he realised the fuss he'd caused and apologised profusely to the fire crew. He has promised to be more careful, and less gung ho, in future.'



Ozzy and Sharon suffered another fire scare in January.



After the couple fell asleep before extinguishing a candle which exploded in its glass vase and sparked a small fire in their living room, Ozzy singed his hair and injured his hand while trying to put out the blaze.

Authorities arrived to rescue the couple in time and Sharon, 60, told TMZ shortly after the accident she would be banning candles from the home.

Singer-turned-TV personality Kelly Osbourne will wed her fiance Matthew Mosshart in her native U.K. summer of 2014.

The 28-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne confirmed she is engaged to the vegan chef last week, but revealed he had actually popped the question during a romantic New Year's Eve moment on vacation in Anguilla.



Now Kelly's mother, Sharon, has spilled a few details about the happy couple's big plans.



During Monday's episode of her daytime show The Talk, she said, "My daughter Kelly is now officially engaged and she's planning a summer wedding next year at our home in England."



The bride-to-be has also given fans a peek at her custom-made Tiffany engagement ring by taking to her Instagram.com blog on Saturday to show off the new sparkler.
